I previously hired a freelancer to perform a feasibility study for a freeze-dried coffee plant but the work was sub-standard and requires proof-reading/editing and corrections (in particular to the mass balance, which is quite plainly incorrect) and improving the formatting in general. Max. word count is 1500 words so it should not take too long - all references and documentation will be provided.
