OAuth 2.0 auth layer for my service application

Project Summary Build an authentication layer for my application’s data API so that my app functions as a service provider that conforms to OAuth 2.0. Requirements Coding Language Code for the project must be written in cfml for ColdFusion 8 and encapsulated in cfc. Provide Documentation Provide a .pdf documentation for all public functions as well as sample code for using the program. Also, provide documentation for connecting the application to our existing user database. Authenticate Against Existing Database Our system authenticates users against an email & password match.
