I am an arbitrator, mediator and legal writer with over 25 years of experience in the legal field. I am certified in contract law through Harvard University School of Law. As an arbitrator and mediator, I am an expert negotiator with considerable experience in business and contract negotiations. In addition, I am experienced in evaluating, interpreting, negotiating and drafting contracts, and understand how to draft contracts to cover the intent of the parties involved and to withstand judicial scrutiny. As a legal writer, I have negotiated and drafted contracts including but not limited to: consulting, employment, independent contractor, business sale/purchase, franchise, non-disclosure & confidentiality, private placement, partnership and shareholder. If selected, I will request additional information to enable me to understand the scope of your project and to prepare the negotiation outline. I can assist you in the negotiations or lead the negotiations. I can also draft the purchase/sale agreement. I require a milestone (retainer) of 25% of the bid, or USD750, initiate my engagement with the balance due upon completion of the negotiation and signing of the applicable agreement.
