Company brochure request

I would like a company brochure for a new company. This company provides business intelligence software. Check company site at [[login to view URL]][1]. The writer is free to use text from [login to view URL] brochure must be professional looking, be easy to read and understand for prospective customers. I am not concerned about the graphics and layout of brochure, just interested in the content. I have attached a sample brochure from a similar company that has the same offerings. This brochure describes exactly our philosophy. So I would like something similar. Of course, I do not want to come into any copyright problems if writer uses content from the sample brochure. The amount of content should be similar to that of the attached sample . The format should be in ms publisher 2002 and above or ms word. If writer can provide a 100 word sample of content so I can see their style , it would be considered an asset. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ms publisher or ms word
