Data extraction and data categortization

Hello, I have approximately 215 emails. Each email has from 3-8 links to various articles on the Internet. I need help with categorization and data extraction from these links. I need someone to go through all of the email, open all of the link contained in these emails and then extract and categorize data from the articles and put the data in a specific format that will allow me to take next steps. Basically, I have a Excel sheet (but you can enter data in any text editor) that you can insert data into. Workflow is as follows: 1) Open email 2) Follow a link from the email and open the link (news story) 3) Read the news story and extract data: Name of author, how to contact author (email etc), title of article, date of article, topic of article. 4) Fill the data into a Excel sheet. So, I need someone who understands and comprehends basic english and can categorize data and knows how to use the internet (web browser, email).
