Create a 10-15 mins slideshow for presentation purpose

I have a project for a wedding planning business to create a slideshow/video marketing their services. This will be used for presentation during sales & exhibitions & the format needs to be played on the laptop as well as DVD/CD player. It should be able to be burned into a cd/dvd. If possible, add soft romantic music into them and some captions introducing each slide. No voice over is needed for this. This can be created easily with powerpoint or anyother PC friendly softwares. I someone who can get this done within the next one week. I will send you the photos and the sequence of the slides/videos (sort of like a storyboard) tho you have to come up with the copywriting for the caption. You are required to send me a first proposed draft and first draft within 4 days and if I am satisfied, I will proceed with the 2nd milestone payment to which the payments of milestones is as listed below: I work on a milestone payment of: 30% at the award of the project, 30% after approval of the 1st draft & 40% upon satisfactory completion and acceptance of the project.
