Apple/android App

I am looking to build a application to present and sell aftermarket accesories for vehicles. This application will have a interactive tool that will allow you to put you specific vehicle on the screen and see what the accesory would look like as we'll as have description, pricing, short video, and monthly payment calculator. This tool would also allow us to track the details of each presentation, who did the presentation, what products where shown, how long he presentation was and did the customer purchase anything. There are more details to discuss but this should give you the basics of what I'm looking for. I would consider bringing in a partner if I found the right match.
