Build A Nintendo Inventory Database with Prices

Hi everyone, I have a collection of video games I'm looking to sell dating back to the Original Nintendo NES days all the way to the PS3 and Wii titles of today. I've taken pictures of some of the items and I'm looking for someone to go through the pictures, analyze the titles and type them up into a spreadsheet and send them to me organized by system, in alphabetical order, with specification of in box or loose cartridges, complete in case, etc. I have attached a template of what I am looking for. Once this list has been approved you will be paid 30%. Then, once I have approved this list, I would like you to seek out the average BuyItNow prices for each title on [login to view URL] and fill them out in the spreadsheet and send the final version. Once I have approved the eBay prices, you will be paid an additional 30%. Then I want you to go to [login to view URL], input each title in their "Online Rarity Guide" section, and put in the "Scarcity" value. Once this list has been approved, you will be paid the remaining 40%. REQUIREMENTS: You must speak fluent and conversational English, be able to send files in XLS format and also you must be familiar with video games and their titles and products. I'm not looking for someone who will be asking me each title because it's not familiar to them. Sometimes the titles are unique and I want you to be familiar with them so you can find them on your own for the eBay searching. On eBay, I want you to use [login to view URL] and list all prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). As a general rule I want you to find the average BuyItNow price of the "VERY GOOD" condition listing for each game. Also, some titles are rare and obscure and may not have a listing on eBay. If this is the case, I would like you to go to [login to view URL] and try and source the price there, and then make a note on the Excel sheet. If there is no eBay listing or [login to view URL] listing, I want to be notified before delivery of the final spreadsheet so I can try to find the prices myself. This does not give you permission to leave games out. Most of these can be found and I will allow room for no more than 50 titles to be left blank (imports, etc). Your ability to source the prices will be an asset. As for DigitPress, always refer to the North American titles unless the photo I provide specifies otherwise. I do have some import games that only have titles in Japanese. If you can read Japanese, this will be an asset, as some of these are simply collectors items for me. The Excel file is to be formatted in Landscape format, suitable for printing. I will estimate that there are about 1000 games ranging from various systems and about 80 JPG pictures to go through and source. Questions are welcome. Thank for you bidding on my project.
