Copy-typing handwritten text from a PDF into a spreadsheet

I have approximately 50 pages of handwritten inventory data contained in PDF files that needs to be entered into a spreadsheet. These are not normal essay-type documents, so there are only approximately 50-250 words on each page that needs to be typed copy-typed (each page is a list that contains up to 26 items.) In addition, there is also a "quantity" field for each item that needs to be copied into the appropriate field on the spreadsheet. Attached is a sample page - please note that only the handwritten list of items needs to be copy-typed, any header and footer text does not need to be copied.
