Data Entry into Drupal 5.x Site

Thanks for taking the time to look at my project. Here is a quick overview of the project that I am looking for assistance on. I run a website called [login to view URL], it is currently using the Joomla 1.0.x content management system. I have a company working right now to completely overhaul my website and develop it for the Drupal 5.x content management system. My website is a high school resource website which contains notes, outlines, vocabulary terms, practice quizzes, etc for help students do better in their classes. The goal of this project is to move all of the content from the old site, and enter it into the new site. When I first created [login to view URL], I did not know much about web development so when I entered the content on the original version, the formatting was not done correctly or standardized. Most of the outlines were copied and pasted in from MS Word which caused a lot of formatting issues. It looks fine for the most part on the front end, but the code behind it is extremely messy. I would like to clean that up this time around.
