Batch processing 3300 files in Excel

Happy to help out on this, having designed dashboards, reports and interactive spreadsheets and managed databases for twenty years at a leading multinational. Now work from home in the UK, so communication will be straightforward. I am on five freelance sites, and have good reviews from international clients who have utilised my expertise in VBA Coding, Formulae and Conditional Formatting. I can work under a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement if required, and start as soon as you pay the fee into the site and send me your.spreadsheet. I will then need your clarification on three points: 1. Is your Description the correct one, so you have just one spreadsheet with 3300 records on it? Or is the Title right, and there are 3,300 separate files that have to be processed. 2. Are the two "variables" in the same Workbook as the records? Or will the Macro have to call them from somewhere else? 3. Are the four figures you then want extracted also in the same Workbook as the records?
