Databases for a small dance company

Database person to help I am a dance company, base in the UK, who need someone also based here so that we can meet up for me to give them the informations and discuss it. I am looking for someone who is looking to clarify and expand and check very simple existing databases of theatres and programmers. It will mean telephoning to check existing details of people working there - and going though a file of trust and foundations and international venues / doing a bit of research on them in terms of main contacts in the organisations / as well as some emails that contain contact details of venues. It also means going through a series of existing lists to make sure all the theatres that are listed on them are added to the new database. My current small databases are on numbers but I want them to be transferred to excel. It should not be too difficult to transfer them I hope.
