Develop more pages in a MAC Pages document (Windows Word)

I have created a "planner" in MAC Pages with dates from August 2015 until July 2016. Each spread of two pages has a week worth of info. I now need to add the pages from August 2016 until December 2016. The design used must be the same so that it looks like a continuous document. I can provide the Pages file for you to copy & paste and develop the additional needed dated pages. Of course, you may also use Windows Word or other software if you want to, as long as you produce an identical continuity. I have provided sample screenshots of the pages for your consideration. Thank you
