communities visualition using the geographical coordinate of each node inside the the communities

after usiing infomap algorithm for community detection i got my communities detected besides my adjacency list , my task now is to visualise each communty using spatial coordinates of nodes inside those communities , keep in mind that those nodes are linked between each other and they have direction and weight , so the map that gonna contain this reprentation must contain the different nodes , links betwwen them with direction and be able to know the weight by using for exemple a pop up window , and while puting the mouse or the cursor on the edge , be able to see the weight and the direction , feel free to ask for further expalanations , but what is important that it's a project that must be done in 3 days or less from now.
