Hello, We are interested in this project as it matches our background of web scrapping and data mining projects. You can see a few samples from our previous scraper applications in our Portfolio or at [login to view URL] We already have a scraper application built and we will modify it to extract the required listings from iproperty.com.my. The results can then be placed in the Excel file you provided, filling the columns marked in red. We will put the field labeled as State in the post_city column and the field labeled as City in the post_region column like you mentioned in the video. For the latitude and longitude fields we have another proposal: extract them from the "Map" tab in each listing details page. There is a Google map on this tab for each listing with a marker at the location and we can extract the coordinates from there. We can start work right away and leave the application running in order to import all listings. We calculated that there are 3677 listings in the URL you mentioned. We will make the requests with a random delay between them in order to not get black-listed by the website and avoid issues when importing.
