After reading your description carefully I decided to bid on your project. I use Excel to keep my personal finances and have completed a number of school assignments with the software. All told I've probably logged 110+ hours into the software, so I'm willing to take on any challenge. In additon, my primary means of development is Java so work in C# isn't far from home.
