Do some Excel Work

I have data that I need to put on my website. Currently data is organized in an excel spreadsheet, and I need the data put into an html formula so that I can copy it on to my website. Here's a rundown of the project. Excel Data Columns: A = Shop Name B = Street Address C = Zip Code D = City E = Country F = Phone G = Website I need the columns inserted into the following html format and would like to receive this file in plain text. Please make sure that the text of the store name is capitalized, and that the rest of the data is input just like this example below.
