Accounting - Spreadsheet specialist, charts and graphs also

I am going through an audit type situation, not with the IRS, just trying to document income for some partners. I do have an accounting firm I am working with here in the US, but to save money I need to do some of the work myself. But I am lousy working with numbers:( I'd like to find someone who I can give some bank statements to, and you can quickly plug in numbers and great a pie chart or bar graph showing incoming funds and categorize expenditures so someone can see quickly "at a glance" a snapshot of my monthly financial picture. This is work that needs to be done relatively fast, on a limited budget, and by someone who is great with numbers, putting them into easy-to-read charts, etc.
