Our company Naina Mohamed & Sons is seeking assistance for a data entry/scraping on to an excel spreadsheet project. There are two parts to the project.
Part 1: Free lancers will be provided with a list of drug invoices and they are required to organize the information into an excel sheet. Each excel sheet for one manufacturer, in alphabetical order. The main heading for this spread sheet will be “Naina Mohamed & Sons Manufacturer & Distributor Product List”. The information from the invoice should be organized into columns with the following sub-headings:
1. S/number
2. Distributor (i.e. Zuellig Pharma , Antha Pharma,)
3. Manufacturer (i.e. Abbott Laboratories, GSK)
4. Product Name
5. Product Description (i.e. tabs 30s, ml, injection, syrup , syringed, inhaler)
6. Drug Strength/Dosage ( i.e.30mg , 5mg)
7. Perishable Or Non Perishable
** Freelancers need to source out manufacturer’s name for products that do not have the manufacturer’s name in the given invoice. Information given has to be input into individual excel sheet, going by manufacturer‘s company name in alphabetical order. If the product has two different dosage strength they must have two different entries.
Part 2: Second Spread sheet Freelancers need to do is using the information given from the same invoices they have to create a single excel spread sheet with the following heading “Naina Mohamed & Sons Product Listing A-Z”. Freelancers have to arrange all the products in alphabetical order starting from A till Z. The subheading for this spread sheet should include and follow this format Repeated entries in the invoices can be omitted from the spreadsheets
1. Product Name
2. Drug strength/Dosage
3. Manufacturer
4. Distributor
** Freelancers need make sure they have two different entries if a product has two different dosage strength. For this excel sheet, the spread sheet has to be organized in products alphabetical [login to view URL] entries in the invoices can be omitted from the spreadsheets
There will be a total of 932 PDF pages in 6 PDF files. Data has to be entered into two separate excel files as per stated part 1 and part 2. All the invoices are organized in company distributor’s alphabetical order. The winning bid will be selected based on who can follow our instructions above and execute the whole project accurately in the fastest possible time without compromising quality.
A 6 sample invoices will be uploaded for freelancers to take a look and do up a mock spread sheets to sent to us. It will be used by us to choose the winning freelancer
