I have a good background telemarketing and graduated as bachelor of science in commerce double major hotel and restaurant management and tourism. During my college we attented alot of seminars related to marketing, entreprenuer and how to sell a certain products online, also I enrolled in call center academy as a requirement to enter capital one. I also work as call center representative in Capital One bank who specializes in credit cards, I also worked to a 5 star hotel here in our country as telephone operator, and I have an experience being a travel agent who is responsible for monitoring travel plans of a certain customer and calling them and asking surveys about their travel situations..
