create camtasia videos on how to use excel and power point

i am looking to create accounts recievables spreadsheet.i need to be able to see in the spreadsheet how to create formulas for fields to change month and balance ,numbers of payments made all based on original loan amount. also need to have drop down menus and how to create in the month,balance, payment and number of payments fields or terms of sale(net 30 ,net 60, net 15,cash,installment,contract,revolving) the main thing i need here is to change fields every month automatically month to month the most important issue is i need to know how to make actomatically make acct numbers for each new company issued, in your response please let me know if all of these things can be done in excel need to see how to do this on camtasia video and audio must be clear native english also need to now how to use power point features with powerpoint video and audio want to make presentaions for a video teaching process and i need to know how to add pictures ang graphs i will submit a sample where you can use to give me a example that you can get it done quickly also i need to know how to use basic camtasia to use for camtasia on a video the price limit for this project is 100.00 us will pay gaf only i also will be willing to bring on sucessful bidder on a ongoing data entry project for web entries on different sites month to month
