Data analysis and reporting Hotel bookings

I have attached an excel spreadsheet which details hotel booking costs with 6 worksheets of hotelbookings, dates, days stayed and $ cost. Each worksheet holds data for a financial year (1 July - 30 June). The data includes the start date of the booking and the number of nights stayed. Can you analyse the data and provide a report telling me how many hotel rooms are being used each actual date during the period of data for each of the years? I need to understand the level of usage. Thanks For example, if I analyse the data for early July 2007, I would like to be able to see the following information (but tidy and in a table): Date No. of Beds 2/07/2007 1 3/07/07 2 4/07/07 1 5/07/07 0 6/07/07 1 7/07/07 1 8/07/07 1 9/07/07 1 8/07/07 1 9/07/07 1 I know this could be done manually and carefully but there must be some formulas that someone clever can use!?
