Analyze some Data

Hi, I represent an organization working in UAE. We need help with some basic but correct Data Validation exercise for a Database in UAE. We have a database on Healthcare for UAE. This database needs to be cleaned. The initial database will be from multiple sources hence the chances of duplication are higher. This needs to be cleaned and arrived at with the correct number of data, The data consists of - 1. the name of the entity. 2. The care provider name 3. speciality 4. Contact Details (Phone/Fax) 5. Street/Address/Postal Code 6. Region 7. Email/Website etc. As stated the work will be to - 1. find the duplicates 2. Have 1 name or record entry (as you will find multiple data for the same name) 3. Any new information found in other data to be updated against this particular chosen record 4. Create a Duplicate file and cut the removed data from the original file and populate them in the duplicate file. This will help us to cross check the work done and also suggest any feedback. The ones which are doubtful can be coloured or marked in a specific manner for us to cross check. Once we agree and decide on our engagement we can have a 15 minute call to explain the same and decide our engagement times. This is a straightforward short duration project. Basis on the work other activities can be considered in the near future.
