Combine Six Different Word Documents into One Word Template

Looking to get this done as fast as possible. Please let me know when you can have this done. 1.) Combine all six 1 to 5 page word documents into one master document. 2.) Create an index with numbers that makes sense and is workable and update-able. 3.) Page Numbers and headers should be automatic 3.) Format it so it looks professional and consistent on every page. 5.) Signature Page document should be moved to the last page. 6.) [Company Name] and Date updated are the only variables for the template. We should be able to change it one place in the template and it automatically update the document.
