Design Moodle for University

I have extensive experience setting up and administering Moodle and have completed quite a lot of projects outside of freelancer. Happy to discuss, based in Sydney.

i have been working with moodle for many years as student, teacher, administrator, designer, programmer, researcher and hosting provider. i am a teacher from a mexican university for 18 years.

Good day, I am an expert in elearning systems and development with over 15 years of experience including over 10 years of experience on Moodle. I have implemented over 50 LMS's for training centers, corporations, higher education. For your specific project, we need to have some discussion about it, but the most useful features which are not standard features of Moodle: 1- Multi hierarchical system, which is assigned to branches, colleges, departments & etc, every area can have their own Moodle admin/manger. 2- Automatic registration in the Moodle system and automatic enrollment into courses, this could be sourced from any external database like AD, LDAP & others. 3- Single sign on, on windows based systems. 4- Share-able courses, which allows a course to be used for many groups and could be used on different years. 5- Training on the system for admin and main users. It is not limited to these additional functions, there are a lot more, but these are the top, just to give you an idea of what is my knowledge and what I am capable of. here on freelancer there is a limit to the size of the proposal, as you may know.
