My search is to find an engineer with experience automotive design experience. This vehicle is non-gasoline powered vehicle. We need someone to consult with, refine the present concept, and then tie the elements together. The proposed vehicle will need charging port, electrical storage, and on-board energy regenerative system as well as power management of these sub-systems.
