structural and mechanical drawings for a building

I am looking to find a freelancer that is skilled in structural and mechanical engineering that would work directly with me to complete the drawings for a building project i am designing. i have all the design, scale drawings in .dwg but they are just scale room sizes. I am trying to get enough details and engineering that would allow me to get bids for the entire structure and know how much the cost to construct will be. I am hoping to find a qualified freelancer that has this skill set and is willing to work with me. The attached plans are for an interior build out of a existing warehouse steel building that is empty, it is a blank canvas..... thank you and please only respond if you are able to produce structural and mechanical detailed drawings please.
