I am very well familiar with all the interfaces you have mentioned and have used all of them in different projects at work. I can make the circuit schematic and the layout in eagle, the source code and the compilation can be done in MPLAB and can hand you the complete project in a time span of 7 days. I would like to know what the interfaces would do? I mean the functionality to be given from these interfaces to the project. The keypad is useful to set what values, LCD displays what etc etc etc.

Using the keypad, user can set the ON, OFF time of relay. The LCD display shows the present state of relay (ON/OFF) and long press of a prefined button will make the user to change the ON/OFF time.
