Can assist you in getting built a new firmware for it. I dont find any ADC for it so assuming the inbuilt 10 bit ADC of the PIC has been used for it. Its not the best design, but okay for voice Relevant Skills and Experience over 25 years in relevant requisites. Hi Aseembly to C is mostly trial and error. I would not recommend this. What is the os? Hw platform ? You should start for looking a bsp for your hw because misery man did the same.

Which processor was used ? If all you've been doing in that circuit is to save audio and send it over rs232(?) It'd be even faster to rewrite entire application. Feel free to share the specifics :)
