The project was aimed at developing and simulating a model of a primary school, using system dynamics, to understand the interactions of the different subsystems and variables; to generate dynamic behavior over time; and to serve as a tool to simulate different decision-making options (policies). This model was then used to evaluate some policy initiatives. I have also been involved in a project for creating and implementing a competency based curriculum system for undergraduate engineering education as a lead designer.
