Add Group level to this C# Silverlight WPF app

I have a dashboard app which has had couple of tabs added. the other tabs are showing the data in the detail grid as follows by grouping with possible for pulldown/rollup of the groups> Facility data line data line Unit data line Ordertype dataline where in the added tabs there is only pulldown for the Ordertype. I would like someone to come in and make the codes changes so this new tab (there are2 lets do one first) will look like the other tabs. U can certainly copy the codes of the corrects tabs as needed. Here you have some links which explains more. You can see the orders tab and another tab Conditions. We want to make the order tab like conditions for the grouping of facilities and units. I also add some of the codes for orders to perhaps you can see what the issue is from coding perspective. Please bid so to work on Thursday July 6. I think it wont take that long to do.
