Change to Silverlight app linking to outside web site

We have a working Silverlight app. on one part, the user had option to click and be taken to a web site that holds our actual 'quotes' documents and it would display. There is some encryptin involved. Apparently, this site made some changes and now it doesn't work. they asked me to change the GUID number on our [login to view URL] file which I did, and it still does not wrk, it gives an error message. attched is the part of the code that is in question. I am changing some of the numbers, this is just to give an idea of what is going on. I need help in debugging and fixing.
