Assist with Project Management

We are looking for an individual to serve as part time support for a dietary nutritional supplement company based in the United States. The candidate will oversee different ongoing projects including communication with vendors and subcontractors, designers, web developers, and other stakeholders. Must-have’s: - Excellent written and oral English skills - Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent management skills and time management skills - Attention to detail and keeping to deadline - Ability to dedicate around 3 hours daily with possibility for more - Ability to oversee various different projects simultaneously, move them forward, and report about them to management - Experience in working in similar roles (project management, part time support, or business executive) Good-to-have’s: - Working knowledge of WordPress - Working knowledge / experience with Amazon sales - Experience in the sport supplements industry Responsibilities: - Communicating (email and phone) on behalf of the company with vendors and subcontractors, designers, web developers, and other stakeholders - Keeping track of different projects, moving them forward, and keeping to deadlines - Sending management daily update on progress of various projects - Participation in weekly status calls with management This is a long-term project.
