Attached you will find artwork for a label that we are producing. You will see in the artwork, that there is a unique QR Code number and also a unique number code. There are 500 labels and each label has it's own unique QR Code and number. I need to get the unique QR Code and Number generated from the attached spreadsheet and turned into artwork for 500 labels and sent to me as ai file and pdf. Please can you urgently confirm a price and lead time for you to generate this job / artwork, and email back to me as Ai and Pdf. This is an urgent job please.
