Hello, I have attached a sample worksheet in which I need the formula to be corrected. VBA cannot be used. I need to do a search across 3 sheets in my workbook, looking for the value "Yes" and displaying the corresponding value beside it. Basically in Sheet 1, the result should read Apples, Peach, Apples, Grapes, Pineapple, Pear. But for some reason, my formula is ignoring the values in the sheet 3. I really need this done before tomorrow morning. Thanks a lot!!

HI...I have looked at sheet and have understood your requirement....I am available to provide you a correct formula....But I do have few points....Why you don't need VBA solution....It will be the best option if the list is really long...Array formulas are very very slow, especially if the lists goes very long...
