Then change the formula to =MOD((HOUR(Table5[[#This Row],[FINISH]])-HOUR(Table5[[#This Row],[START]])+24) + ((MINUTE(Table5[[#This Row],[FINISH]])-MINUTE(Table5[[#This Row],[START]]))/60),24) Under NET HRS, change the cell format to Number with 2 decimal places. For formula, it depend on the format of LESS BREAK. If LESS BREAK = 0:15 format then apply the formula to NET HRS =Table5[[#This Row],[TOTAL HRS]]-(HOUR(Table5[[#This Row],[LESS BREAK]]) + (MINUTE(Table5[[#This Row],[LESS BREAK]])/60)) IF LESS BREAK = 15, then apply formula =Table5[[#This Row],[TOTAL HRS]]-(Table5[[#This Row],[LESS BREAK]]/60) Hope this is the answer that you are looking for.
