For the past years, I worked as a web researcher, email corresponding agent, and virtual assistant at some private BPO companies. I have excellent experience in internet research, data conversions, data mining, data entry, managing extracted data in Google Spreadsheet, MS Excel, CRM and other related applications.
I was virtual assistant for some real estate agents and private investors based in the US. I search for properties that meet their buying and selling criteria. Then, I collect information like the owner's complete name, phone numbers, email address, and mailing address, which are usually available on the County Assessor websites. I also pre-screen properties and save all information in Google document, excel sheet, Podio, Asana and other related applications/tools. Other tasks include: running a CMA, submit bids for houses that are foreclosure, data conversion, and email management.
I also worked as contact finder. I looked for names and contact information (email addresses and/or website's contact forms) of school personnel in charge of a department school website. We reached out to them through email regarding a free resource that they might be interested to post on their website.
