Data mining Ad agency companies

We are looking for a data mining expert that has years of experience to quickly gather contact information for 20,000 Decision Makers that hire photographers in Europe. We have a master list of decision makers from Agency Access for the U.S.A but we are in need of 20,000 Art Producers, Art Buyers, Print Producers, Production Managers, Creative Directors and Art Directors at Advertising Agencies in Europe.  Compensation will be $100 to complete this job of compiling and delivering a list of 20,000 contacts that are non-duplicates. If the job is completed with satisfaction, we would like to hire you as a full time, long term data mining assistant for another 100,000 leads for the future.
