Dear Manager,
I am writing to apply for the Bookkeeper position with a company like yours.
I am trained to be a full charge bookkeeper/small business accounting associate. I am an intermediate to advance in Excel, Quick Books, MS Office and Sage with an eye for detail with a team player attitude. I will do your accounting task by entering source document data into an accounting software program where I will also categorize and record all of your transactions for the company, this feature will help when submitting government and third party remittances, payroll, and year end accurately and on time.
Last year, I completed the Professional Bookkeepers course through Universal Accounting Centre where I trained on QuickBooks Premier Accountant version 2014 software. Awarded PB certificate and QS certificate, attachments included. I also completed the QBO ProAdvisor course online with Intuit.com.
Also, I am a recent Business Accounting graduate, with Presidential Honors, from Center for Distance Education where I trained on Sage 50 Simply Accounting, Excel 2010, and Windows 8, transcript attached.
