Sep. 11, 2016 RE: Bookkeeper Dear Manager, I am writing to apply for the Bookkeeper position with a company like yours. I am trained to be a full charge bookkeeper/small business accounting associate. I am an intermediate to advance in Excel, Quick Books, MS Office and Sage with an eye for detail with a team player attitude. I will do your accounting task by entering source document data into an accounting software program where I will also categorize and record all of your transactions for the company, this feature will help when submitting government and third party remittances, payroll, and year end accurately and on time. Last year, I completed the Professional Bookkeepers course through Universal Accounting Centre where I trained on QuickBooks Premier Accountant version 2014 software. Awarded PB certificate and QS certificate, attachments included. I also completed the QBO ProAdvisor course online with Intuit.com. Also, I am a recent Business Accounting graduate, with Presidential Honors, from Center for Distance Education where I trained on Sage 50 Simply Accounting, Excel 2010, and Windows 8, transcript attached. For the past 6 years, as Information and Communications Technology Coordinator, I was assigned in the updating of the database in the institution where I am assigned at. I also make reports in the administrative and financial aspect of the institution in different formats, thus making me an expert in Microsoft Office. I also perform tasks of an administrative support. I am assigned to organize and keep records of the institution. I always see to it that I can do the assigned task efficiently. I have managed to give the expected results on time. I can handle complex task and can do multi-tasking. If given a chance, I will give my best to contribute in the progress and expansion of the company and the clientele.

It says that your company need an excel data encoder, and i think that your expectations were met my capabilities. I can do MS offices program such MS excel, MS word & MS Power point. I've been of about 5 years of experience in using MS excel and i can assure you that if able you hire me i will met beyond your expectations.
