Hello, I would like to propose a different solution for this. Instead of making this in excel, I suggest to use an application to develop this. That way you will be able to store the information for future use as well as search by any specific date or staff member. Hi, I checked your file and want to be sure that I correctly understood it : in the 2 upper tables you want to fill-in the cashing from your clients; then the larger table is to contain information about your staff’s hours of work on the project and the amounts they should be compensated; the lowest table should calculate your profits based on the price of your bid, the labor and material costs and other costs (insurance, workers comp,etc). Is that correct ? If so, what should be the relation between the receipts in the upper tables and the Bid Amount? Do you know all the components that should be included in the indirect cost and the percentages? Based on my experience with Excel, I’d like to discuss the opportunity of working on this project.
