Do some Excel Work

• User acceptance tests (UAT) on new/enhanced application systems to ensure completeness and accuracy of processing and that the developed system meet the agreed upon functionalities; • Integration tests to check if the implementation of new/enhanced application systems affect other application systems already in production; • Other user acceptance tests necessary to approve user initiated system changes on new/enhanced application systems; • That documentation requirements for all tests performed are complete and readily available for review; • User training of system functionalities of new/enhanced application systems prior to initial implementation or initial conversion; • Preparation of guidelines and procedures for functionalities of new/enhanced applications systems for implementation. • Assist branches on clarifications/questions relative to the implemented system. • Ensures proper upkeep of working area, computer and office equipment assigned to the unit. • Performs other duties essential to my function and those that may be required by our Department Head and/or Management.
