Create a Facebook App that interacts with a Mediawiki Site

I need help creating an application on Facebook that interacts with my website as well as posts notifications about the actions of the app's users that they choose to share. I need someone who has experience working with Facebook's API and integrating functions/actions of the application created on Facebook with an outside website. I am looking forward to your bids.
