Business Finance Sourcing on a freelance basis

We had been in involved in Consulting services of various kinds and currently are retained by a business group that is involved in the Media and Entertainment business. This firm is a registered firm with the Film and Television Producers Guild of South India. One of their upcoming Tamil feature film projects costs Rs. 60,00,000/= (Indian Rupees Six million only) and they are seeking financial partners who can bring funds to the tune of Rs. 50,00,000/= (Indian Rupees Five Million only) to complete their project. They will be able to complete the shoot in 3 months. The post production will require another 3 months. The total duration taking for the Production and Post production phase is 6 months. After this the promotion phase starts. The financial investor may be able to see the results of their investment in 12 months from the date they give our client the investment cheque. Therefore it is imperative that this funds must be available over a period 3 months in equal phases to complete their production in time. Depending on the amount the financial investors bring they will earn their "Return on Investment" proportionately. The percentage may be discussed with the concerned financial investor once they we reach the stage of making a Letter of Intent, NDA among others. We are looking for Freelancer who is well versed in sourcing funds or finance from multiple sources or a few. For example, if you are able to syndicate the required funds from one source that is the best bet. However if you think you need to get the funds from 40 different investors it is also fine. What does the freelancer get: Once the funds are procured he/she will get 8%~10% of the fund amount as their commission. We prefer the freelancer who are based in South India. Please note you must be a good networking person.
