40 second flash video

Hello, I am looking for a flash video to be created lasting around 40 seconds using a combination of video and flash. It will also include a voice over. The video is for the explanation of our product/service so needs to be clear and professional. I have the scenes, ideas and script ready so need someone with experience to create the animation / video. An example of the type of video can be found at [login to view URL] under the "Net Lease" tab then "Net Lease Video" although the voice will be a different accent (Scottish or English). The video would not have to be quite this customised and fancy, but this is a general idea of the quality I'm looking for. Please provide examples of your work and please note I WILL NOT open messages or bids where it is just a copy and paste introduction to your company without reading the proper requirements.
