Designer required for photoshop and flash designs

I need a flash and Photoshop designer to design the following: • 1 Logo for our company (Landscape), size 300 x 70 pixels. Logo will be an image of an A and D (AD) as the icon, very cool looking and smart with a nice effect, and then the company name, as well as the slogan: “Delivering Web Solutions” beneth slogan and icon...(other ideas welcome). Sample: [login to view URL] (this link has a few samples) • 3 Promotional banners /images promoting the 3 product packages we offer (psd & jpg fomat for each image required), size, 200 x 200. Text will be provided, however all design and graphic ideas will need to be created by the designer. Sample: [login to view URL] (the starter package graphic is a good example) • 1 Promotional banner (animated gif) 120 x 240 pixels to be used to advertise our services on external sites. Text will be provided, however design ideas and graphics will come from the designer. Sample: [login to view URL] top left animated gif • 1 flash banner (auto loop), to be used on external sites to promote our services. This will be a full banner (480 x 60 pixels)... text to be provided (one loop to last about 20 seconds) Sample: [login to view URL] • 1 flash animated promotional video (400 x 220 pixels) to be used on our website... Video should auto play when page loads... can use a youtube video player for this. FLV format required – no need for voice over, text will be provided, but animation idea needs to come from the designer. Sample 1 : [login to view URL] sample 2: [login to view URL] All images will be in psd and jpeg, unless otherwise stated e.g. the animated gif image will not be in jpeg, but will be in psd and animated gif format. Payment (Escrow/Transfer) will be made only after all the work is complete to our satisfaction. We will own the copyrights to all materials created on this project. Provider needs to stick to timescales he/ she bids on if not will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to cancel the porject if agreed deadline slips... We need to see samples of your design before we award you this project.
