Animation Needed

I have a project for 2 animations but they are very similiar, so it's like one animation really. No 1 Please see the attached example. I have a static banner for an event and I want a short animated clip that will be high enough quality to project onto a 6ft x 4ft screen and fill the screen. The attached example is meant as a guideline, the animation MUST be in keeping with this design. I would like ideally for the people to run across the screen with the skyline in the background and then for TEAM APPRENTICE to burst onto the screen, the wording to stay static for 10 seconds and then for it to be looped. No 2 I'd like the same sequence of the people running across the screen with the skyline backdrop but this time the words STEP INTO THE BOARDROOM should burst onto the screen, stay static for 10 seconds and then for it to be looped. I want to be guarenteed that you can do this and that it will look like the example that I have attached. I want to see a sample of a fraction of the animation before I award the project. If you could could send me a sample at the bidding stage then this would speed things up and act in your favour. I don't have a big budget it for this so please bid accordingly, there could be future work for the winner.
