I am in need of a professional, sophisticated, and attractive website approximately 20-30 pages of information and minimal flash. The company does Home Construction and Electrical services. I am looking for someone who can work efficiently and provide me with updates, samples of work and be open minded. The freelancer must be profound in web and graphic design and have EXCELLENT flash skills with action scripting. Business/construction style website using provided images, and content. (or filler content). Website needs to have the following and more: About Us, Services, Before and After Pictures, Contact Us, and More. I want to be able to know how to easily add or replace pictures in my website or modify the information. We expect to be able to effectively communicate with designer. Designer must have at least one of the following (AIM preferred, Email, Yahoo messanger).
