Create Characters

I have created a website for my new children's clothing line , mainly t-shirts around cartoon Characters. And I would like let customers create there own characters. I would like this tool to be able to be added into my website. Which has been created on yahoo software. The character create , needs to have the all the options line the mms site , please see line [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I also need the customer to be able to select the character to go onto a T-shirt then be able to be brought . I will also have more projects for my website , so lucking for the right person which I can work with on more projects .
