Flash Virtual Panoramas Preloaders

No wannabees or pretenders. I only want Flash designers with years of experience, in particular with actionscripting. My small but growing business creates Virtual Tours for real estate, hotels and resorts. I no longer use a Java applet to display them and I now only use Flash. This is an example of exactly what I require Also check here for similar samples. At this time (and for this quote) I want someone to design the Flash 'viewer' from this page. The pre-loader with the sliding panels and zoom. The other features we can talk about later. This pre-loader must work with what I already have as a viewer. See below. Or I am open to other viewer solutions. I have already cobbled together (and paid for) some flash virtual viewers on one of my sites which you can see here.
