ActionScript3 SendandReceive Data

I have a WebSite that has main pages that have 61RadioButtons. . . 5Groups of these buttons will be selected and then the 5 selected buttons will transfer 2Digit data to a [login to view URL] where the 10digit data will retrieve data that will be returned to the page where dynamic data fields will accept the information retrieved. There are 9Bits of information that will be retrieved and inserted into the dynamic text fields. This information will be then sent to a CheckOut page where there will be an opportunity to add a shipping charge (UPS) to the final "Quote". The user then can click a button to pay by credit card at PayPal. I have the PayPal account set up. 1. What I need is the AS3 script that will send the data to the .xml (residing on our server with the pages) which will retrieve the 9 item dynamic text fields . . . then 2. The page to review the data (including our company logo, kind of like a BidSheet) . . . then 3. The PayPal go to page for the credit card payment. This should be pretty much canned as3 script that can be altered to suit my purpose so let me know the time to finish and the cost. Thank You
